The service

We help families capture parents’ life stories through guided conversations, phone calls, recordings, transcripts, and optional keepsakes. Features may evolve as we improve the product.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details for yourself and, where needed, for the parent whose stories are recorded
• Only share materials you have the right to share
• Treat recorded stories with care when inviting family members

Family content

Story recordings and transcripts belong to your family relationship with the service. You grant us permission to process that content solely to deliver and improve DeeperRoots.

Disclaimer

We aim for a warm, careful experience, but we cannot guarantee unbroken availability or perfect transcription in every dialect. The service is not medical, legal, or financial advice.
